My case was never updated to “Case ready for scheduling” or “interview scheduled”.

so you received interview notice without any update on USCIS case tracker?

yes! my case never changed from “fingerprint were taken” until today that was updated to “we transferred your form I-485 to another office”.

sorry. but you said you had an interview on 22nd September ! So how did that happen?

I did the interview on Sep 22nd and today my case was updated to “case transferred”. I ask to Emma chat and was informed that my case was transferred to Texas Service Center. I don’t know why! 🤷🏻‍♀️

EB1C. my i485 was filed on December 8th, 2020

best document- have you received any update yet for your case? I am on same boat as well. got rfe from local office (interview waived most probably at that time) then after a week of sending rfe response received same update case transfer for faster processing to TSC and since then no update. it is more than 90 days now.

yesterday my case got updated to case transferred. chatted with live agent and found out it is in transit to nbc now

yeah I am hoping it is a good news.. since it was already in local office last year and then transferred to TSC .. i am hoping i get decision from nbc itself but idk how long that will be. staying positive for now.

I am having some difficulties to contacts live agent. I contacted before, but now every time I tried it doesn’t have the option to chat with lucas vê agent. but I will try tomorrow morning.

you have to keep typing Connect to Live agent. these days they don’t directly connect. sometime after adding all details they even say that all live agents are busy try again later. i had to try few times to finally connect with one. I know it sucks.. but what can we do.

I reached live agent and was informed that our case was also transferred to NBC. I think that our case are on the same package! 😅

I received rfe for medical from nashville FO last year. So that is done but idk why it is taking so long to get any update. did you check if it went to any field office now? when i talked via emma last, they said my case was in tucson fo for short period and now it is in back with nbc. so idk what is happening.

I did not ask to Emma about field office. but I noticed that they are approving cases that was transferred on June and some cases that was transferred on July 14th. I hope that we will receive some news in 1 or 2 weeks.

emma is so unreliable. so better don’t. Today they said my case is transferred to tucson FO again so idk who is saying correct and who is not. now just going to wait and see what update we get next. Like you said I hope we get good update soon.

mine is still in tucson fo and no update. that fo seems to be moving really slow. I joined one of the telegram chat for that fo and ppl are hardly getting approval. some are receiving rfe and only those are being approved after response. no update for those that got transferred and have everything so idk what is going on. still hanging tight and hoping for result soon 🤞
