case transferred from Field office to NBC
I applied for i485 in EB3. priority date March 2013. current in August bulletin . my case recently transferred from Firld office Hartford CT to NBC.
I see usually case transfer to FO for decision. Is this normal to transfer from FO to NBC?

it’s kind of good in that they are processing your case.

yeah I got that status update in Jan so there hasn’t been movement for a few months on it since then. over 180 days.

ok. did you get ead/ap? if they are out of processing date, you can raise a service request. I’m about to do that. my aos acceptance date is 11/02. NBC current processing date is end of oct

@thanh do you know what does it mean. usually field office approves i485. don’t know why it went back .

It's transfered to TSC for a faster processing. The cases at field office seem to be neglected.
