Hi! It depends on the estimated processing times of your field office. For example, our I-130 is being processed at the Texas field office and we filed one year ago. Processing times there are currently 10 to 13 months, then approval and file is passed onto NVC who will contact the US consulate in the beneficiary’s country. You can find your allocated field office on the acknowledgment letter from USCIS. Hope this helps!

are you sure that in nebraska , you have to verify first and make sure by asking emma , and if you are in nebraska you are now outside normal processing time and you have to send the E-request

The receipt stated Nebraska as Location. The office said processing time for Spouse as a citizen is in between 3-7month. In few days it will be exact 7 month. what can I do ?

i know but maybe they transferred your case to another centre , you have to make sure first by "Ask Emma" on uscis.gov and then if you still in nebraska centre to have to send an E-request

and not in few days it will be 7 months because in nebraska centre they are working on cases that filled on 10 March 2021

after the first step is approved it’s all pretty quick! maybe another 2-3 months

Hi everyone, could you please help me with what does it mean? I have applied for my son and it is almost one month that I received this message and nothing more: "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you." My receipt number starts with IOE............. so with IOE, I am not sure which center my case is. I asked Emma but with repeating questions I couldn't understand how can I ask the right question? I really appreciate it if you guys share with me your experiences.

Same boat as you are alice smith. Mine service center says california when changed address email said Nebraska service center and lawfully app says potomac. Case actively under review LPR petiotion for son under 21 not married he is 14. Hopefully all good.
