Case in NBC
Our I-485 cases (EB-3) were transferred to NBC on 19th April. Later emma told Case is in non local field office. Today emma said cases are being processed at NBC and USCIS will barely transfer the case to filed office only if they do interview (our cases are interview waiver eligible). Same thing happened for 3 of my friends before (NBC processed) including one for approved today. Anyone having same recent experience? our PD June 2019

even if interview is waived, most cases are transferred to random field offices. this is what tier 2 officer explained to me.

previously I was told Case was in a non local FO and when I created SR for our cases one case had referral number with that FO’s code

May be NBC will directly approve your case…

my case is very similar to the timeline and Src to NBC to FO to NBC. still waiting to hear back.

for my case both NBC and FO are working as they said recently and told me to wait for final action…

probably they may put you in interview if they want… may be something else..
