what is your field office? it all depends on how busy they are.

my field office is cleveland. I got an RFE about sponsor that not send to uscis yet. I don’t know if this would delay my application or not.

Send the reply as soon as possible so that you are good. make sure you send all the documents

thank you, my case got messed up a lot, my attorney send my application with the wrong birthdate, so she sent another letter to correct it. it had been two months but nothing change on the system.

Hi Santos 2308, my case changes to ‘Case is actively review by Uscis’. Does your change to the same thing ?

mine was the same. wait till Wednesday and it may change to interview scheduled .

no, i think because my attorney not sending my rfe I-864 to them yet ( they required one before the biometric ), so i think that why, how ‘s your case?

I xien- I had my interview yesterday and it got approved today. interview was very simple and officer didn’t ask for any documents. he asked my name , dob and yes/ no questions. that’s it.

Congratulation man, can u share more in detail, like how long the interview, the interviewer look like, does he/she ask any specific questions. what kind of document you bring to the interview, and what he/ she look at. Once again, Congratulation in your new step in life man.

I xien- we were at USCIS center around 12 pm and our interview was scheduled for 12:30 pm. security didn’t let us in until 12:15 pm. after security we went to 5th floor and waited for our number. the interviewer was a guy and he was very calm and asked us to sit in his office. then he started asking name and date of birth. I had my i130 approved already so he was like nothing much to do. he went through yes/ no questions and finally gave us a paper that says interview completed and he needs to review my case. he told us that it may take a day or 2 to get my case approved. he is moving to other USCIS office this weekend. so we were his last few interview candidates.

congratulation on your case. Mine is still going with nothing like I-130 approve yet, Therefore, I think my interview would be more difficult. Truly appreciate for your sharing.
