case at Nebraska service center is moving fast
it seem like all the built up is now at Texas service center because Nebraska is now moving fast I see where they taking 2 months to get ppl paper approve an I've file from feburary an ppl who file from June july getting approve at Nebraska,so what the fuck happen to Texas it nah move it's a backlog over in Texas no man it's been 7 months now an no update,ok let me be cool an watch what next month have in store for us..processing time for texas is now 10 to 13 months smh.

Not really. I’m waiting since August 2020 at Nebraska still no updates, also no EAD/AP

@thay s- what application are you waiting on at nsc?
agree tho, nsc is not fast, maybe not as bad as others, but there’s very few ppl filing in 2021 for I-765 who are approved so far, in fact most nov/dec are not and still see significant majority sept/oct waiting

perla s my cousin file for he mom in may 10 2021 an her cause got approved on sep 12 2021 an her case was ship the same day on sep 12 2021 to NVC an her case was at Nebraska service center so I'm wondering why her case got approved that fast why

maybe depends on what category you filed
I’m employment based and it’s taking forever
I’ve heard the same reviews from many other nebraska filers unfortunately

lol Nebraska fast? maybe for familly based, not for employment. Filed in 12/28/2020, nothing, only biometrics done.

we also submitted I-130 CR1 on May 10, 2021 nebraska service center and on Sep 18,2021 we recieved an update “ case is being actively reviewed by uscis “ and now still waiting for approval by uscis
