what questions did they ask? how was the interview?
M
Mia TSep 23, 2021
she asked about our relationship mostly, like how we met, why we decided to marry each other. she asked us to show her everything we have together. we showed her our home deed, joint tax return, car insurance, joint bank statement, and photos. she took time to go through those documents. she also made copies of them. lastly she went through the i485 with me again and asked me the yes/no questions. the interview lasted about 45 minutes.

@Abc Pat I submitted i485,765,864,693. I had already had my i130 approved before sending out the package. along with the form I also sent out my personal paperwork such as passport, birth certificate, visa with the stamp, i20s because I was under f1 visa, i94, passport photos, my husband w2 of 3 years, pay stub, letter from his employer. at the interview, I brought almost the same documents that I submitted and photos, the house deed (we bought the house after sending the package), joint tax return transcripts, car insurance, joint bank account. the officer didn’t ask for my or his personal paperwork at the interview, just what I had together.
