hey ur case is outside processing times. Texas is processing 751 in like 5 months most of the without rfe or interview. Are you sure they just didn’t lose your file? Have you called uscis for outside processing times inquiry?

I called and representative filed for outside processing time (2x) I expedite it and it was denied

have you spoke to your elected representative btw, I would file for ur citizenship which would hopefully trigger ur 751

My case is even transferred to Atlanta office and went in for passport stamp and it expires in January

oh that’s why… Texas doesn’t gave it anymore. I was gonna say Texas processing 751 faster than anywhere else. when did they transfer it out of curiosity?

I filled same form on aug 2018 and I did my last interview on aug 2021 but till now no updates!

I’m been waiting since 2/10/2020 until now no interview or rfe my extension about to be expired on 10/2021

They are gonna schedule you for an interview if it was transferred to your local office

The only way to get anything to happen on your case soon is to File for N-400(not preferred) or sue USCIS

I got lawyers appointment tomorrow I’m going to file n400

if suing or filing N-400, make sure everything is good with your marriage

i filled my N400 on 2/20/2021 and my I751 still pending

guys just a heads up, the 751 extensions are 24 months now instead of 18 months. uscis changed it about 2 weeks ago due to backlog
