well on call if you say i wanna talk to agent the operator says "if you keep asking for operator I'm gonna end the call" so rude

hi guys simple way to talk to them when you call just say want to request for expedite my case they will transfer your call to the officer that's how I do and I call them almost every week

I haven’t tried this myself but I heard people saying if you say “infopass”, they will connect you to an agent.

Also, you can talk to an agent through “ Emma chat” tool

But, they are useless!
