It says on my notice NO walk-ins will be accepted, so thats not a possibility.

because of covid a lot of things changed. they wont let me in. i tried calling uscis but the operator kept hanging up on me

i know it will take weeks but the asc is far from where i live and if i go and they tell me i cant take my bios im gonna be so mad. im just gonna ask a lawyer. i wanted to post my question here to see if someone has been through the same thing

waiting for a new appt is gonna stink but i have no other choice. covid really messed a lot of things including uscis walk-ins. oh well! hope they reschedule sooner rather than later

she isnt helping. she says she has no info to try again later or another time. i gave up im just gonna wait for them to reschedule my appt

the uscis operator kept telling me: if you keep asking for a live agent im gonna have to disconnect you and she did exactly as told. i called 8 times and she hung up on me all 8 attempts

live agent on chat infopass when calling. This biometrics is not an issue. you can walk-in since you had a notice. Just go at the previously scheduled time. say nothing. all they need is the notice. it isn’t as serious as you are taking it. 🤣

i'll talk to my mom to see what she says. i really dont wanna wait weeks til i hear back from uscis. hopefully if i go they wont reject me
