Bio appointment after Expedite request on hold.
Hello, to those who have been through the process, I have a question.
How long did you wait for the Bio appointment to be scheduled after you receive the email that your expedite is on hold because no bio is taken yet?

I have been waiting for two months to get my bio after ead expedite and still counting

My bio was scheduled the next day after requesting expedite. I got the notice in my uscis account and my status was updated to show biometrics was scheduled. I received the notice in the mail exactly 7 days after they scheduled it.

Thanks jp! They definitely should use your old fingerprints if they have them, they’ve been doing that for a lot of applicants. Hoping for the best

Hahaha thanks Mary. Yes I’m very grateful, but I also applied 9 months ago and my local asc is small and usually empty. I honestly think they forgot about me and my request reminded them that I exist lmao

Oh no, and a lot of us September/October 2020 filers are unfortunately just getting scheduled for bios. Lol thank you, a bio appointment should never take this long. Hoping you get your appointment pronto!
