Had interview October 6th FO- Des Moines, everything went smooth. Officer wanted to stamp my passport but after 5 minutes checking my case he said one of my security checks expired and he needs to run it again. he said it should take couple days. Same day status changed to Interview was completed your case needs to be reviewed. 10/07 i-130 changed to case was approved. i -485 still waiting

@dulce valdez yes I received my combo card thank God. My interview went well but then nothing. Case must be reviewed since Sept 28. I'm supposed to go to Europe visit my family end of October i just hope to get my GC before.

@Louriz N. it went really well, the officer was really nice and told me I needed another document regarding the I-485 so he said he would do a continuous case allowing me to show up the next day and provide it, I took the doc the next day and now I’m just waiting 🙏🏼🙏🏼

do you mind telling us the document they needed? is your spouse a Us citizen born? or naturalized? in the letter that i received they are asking me to bring my spouse birth certificate. he is naturalized here in the Us. and it will take us time to get his foreign birth certificate. im worried they will ask me for it. i do have his naturalization though

@Louriz N. yes my husband is a born US citizen. I filed for I130 and I485 through the 245I and when you do that you have to prove to the government that you were here in the US on December of 2000 . I did presented my school transcripts but they couldn’t find the date, so I had to go back to school and get something stating I was present on Dec of 2000!! that’s the document he allowed me to bring the next day. Thankfully my mother had some school grades report with the month of December of 2000. Thank God!!
