Anyone got approved for IR2 filed in Taxes Service Center In November 2021?
My case was approved on December 18, 2022, still waiting for my son’s I-130 IR2 to be approved, anyone got approved recently around the same dates filed?

Why does it take forever for IR2 case to get approval? My wife is on her way to the US very soon, still waiting on my 5 year old step-daughter to be approved. My step/daughter PD is in July 2022.

so I asked them to expedite my kids cases on humanitarian grounds because both parents are outside the country as well as the fact that the kids live in deplorable living conditions but I don’t know what evidence to send.

@Melicia I did too, they wanted us to provide enough evidence and I did, they rejected me to expedite it anyway

Greetings, I am also still waiting for two IR2 minors, requested by my citizen husband, July 7, 2022. Cases are one in California and the other in Vermont.
