@sang dol i heard from someone else that they had to file an inquiry too. Also california center. Seems that this happens quite often

USCIS case processing time site … if @pinky your case exceeds the processing time. there will be a link you can click and fill out a form
@sang dol - I filed an enquiry on Nov 14th, Dec 7th got a response that they are still reviewing and dec8th case approved.
