An update at last… but…
seeing as we had an attorney help us file, and we were vigilant ourselves about how much information and evidence we provided, I am extremely curious what the RFE is for! Hubby is asleep in NJ and I’m awake in the Netherlands, so I can’t check he details until he accesses the online acct tomorrow, or receives the letter in the mail.

Thanks all! It turns out we have one minor thing that apparently was missing, although we definitely provided it. It might have fallen through the cracks when our attorney filed, we just don’t know. Hope they approve it very soon!

I’ve seen a lot of people get approved shortly after submitting their answer to a RFE so you’re on the right track I think

our attorney is on it, and she thinks we are likely to be approved in a couple of weeks. I hope so! on the app we are at the back of the queue again 😂 that’s probably what happens until the RFE is approved!
