Oh no, I’m so so sorry to hear that. I’ve heard horror stories regarding the processing time at Baltimore FO; however I had my AOS interview July 14, 2021 and got approved exactly 7 days later. My greencard is scheduled to arrive today. The whole process took about 13 months; you should definitely try contacting them or your local representative because you’re way out of the processing time.

Hi, my case was at the Baltimore office as well. They're pretty backed up on most cases. However, you should try and contact them 7months is a long time after interview. I did my interview last week and got approved my card is due to arrive in 3weeks. Best of luck to you

They have 120 days to make a decision after the interview by law. So if you do a congress inquiry they will definitely process it. you also have the option to sue or tell them that you intend to sue them. it will also make them process it

@highly blessed where are you located? Literally just finished my interview and she told me I should expect “something” in the mail in the coming days

Thank you all. @NO I called on July 30 to follow up with my case.. I told them that I had an interview back in Jan 14 2021 but I have not heard anything back after putting in 2 inquiries. The agent said she was going to follow up to see who is taking care of my case and should hear back from them in 30 days. 19 days later, my cases were approved. I am not sure if my last inquiry has something to do with it, but all I can said is USCIS approve cases whenever they want to regardless the processing time or not. My case got approved 22 months later.
